I Moved to Barcelona!

Hello guys, I'm back!

I wanted to make this post to tell you guys about what has been going on the last few months since the last time we talked.

It has been crazy.

So many things going on: project deadlines, visiting my family, taking the LEED Green Associate Exam (which I passed, yayy) and making plans to move to another country, to Barcelona, Spain.

I've always wanted to live in this city and now I'm finally here!

As a first impression Barcelona is just a dream; its architecture, street life, food, everything. It's spectacular. You can really feel its culture and richness in design everywhere and that was something I was looking for.

Just see some of the photographs I've taken recently nearby:

Okay, but why am I really here you may ask? 🤔

The main reason to be here is that I came to study a graduate degree, in Product Development, which is quite a transition from architecture, although not necessarily away from it. I will be speaking more about this in future posts.

My intention is to continue nurturing this space with ideas and projects, to document my design journey and share what I'm learning with you. This is why in the next weeks I will be talking about the things I've learned in this assiduous process of entering grad school.

And since I believe creativity is a combinatorial force, I will keep hunting for interestingness across different disciplines and keeping my eye on design news and trends worth sharing.

Moving forward I'll focus on relevancy over recency, sticking to a schedule of sending the newsletter every other week, but always on Wednesdays. To make it easier, you can subscribe below to make sure you receive the articles right away. 📩

For now, I will just say I am incredibly excited for this new chapter of my life. Stay tuned for more!
